We are a small company and each Zenee is handmade, so we really do appreciate your order. We do our best to offer the coolest products, and helpful, responsive customer service. Please understand that all services provided through this Web Site, including the sale of any products, are provided subject to the following terms and conditions. BY USING THIS WEB SITE, WHETHER BY PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS FROM OUR SITE OR BY DOWNLOADING ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIALS FROM THE SITE OR OTHERWISE, YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE THAT YOU WILL BE BOUND BY AND SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Shipping & Returns Policy We have developed what we believe is a fair return policy as stated below; please note that by purchasing goods from Zenees, you have agreed to the following terms: Order processing: Orders placed by noon EST for items in stock are normally processed and shipped within approximately 2 business days from the date the order was placed. If an item is not in stock you will be informed by email of the ship date normally 7-10 business days from the date the order was placed. Shipping methods within the USA: 
 We use USPS Priority Mail to ship orders. Packages shipped using USPS are insured and trackable. If your parcel is not delivered as promised, we can issue a replacement or refund to you. Unfortunately we do not service P.O. Box or APO addresses. International Shipping methods and Custom details: Please note: Customers shipping orders to destinations outside the United States are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and fees in addition to adhering to all applicable customs laws and restrictions associated with the import of products into that country from the United State. Because these laws and fees can change over time, Zenees encourages customers to check with the applicable Customs offices before placing an order. Zenees does not add any of these fees to orders before checkout. Zenees will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal. Shipping cost: 
 Shipping charges will vary depending on the package size, weight and destination. If you wish to check shipping charges before making a purchase, add items to your cart and click the “check out” button. You will not be charged for an order until you submit your credit card information. Pricing policy: 
 Zenees reserves the right to change prices at any time. Purchase prices are final at the date of purchase. Returns, refunds, and exchanges: All of the figures we sell are collectible, made in limited runs and are hand-made, hand-painted or assembled. Slight imperfections are typical with this kind of product and most often enhance the value. However, if your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (e.g. the product is broken or missing parts, etc.), we’ll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item. All other toy sales at zenees.com are final. Please contact our Web Sales department (sales@zenees.com) within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS from the date of receipt, using the procedure listed below. Please note: Zenees will only accept defective returns for items that are received in their original packaging, accessories, plastic packaging, and anything else that came with the item must be included as well. If your return does not meet these conditions, you’ll be charged a 15% re-stocking fee or have your defective merchandise returned to you. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted. zenees.com only accepts returns for items purchased at zenees.com. To return or exchange an item purchased on our ebay store, please contact ebay and follow their return and exchange guidelines. zenees.com will not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased from any other stores. How to make a return: Contact Zenees (sales@zenees.com) within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date of receipt. Let us know what the problem is, and we’ll give you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN). Follow the return instructions provided in our emailed response, use suitable packing materials (please send it back in a shipping box for safety!), and make sure to write your RAN on the outside of your box. Our returns department will refuse orders that are returned without an RAN. Once the return is received you will be contacted via email. It’s that simple.
